yeah im a procrastinating gassious bag of nitrogen and poo poo.
I get really busy cause im FASTER than A.D.D I am Bipolar so if im not going way too fast with too many things on my plate, Im sad because I am not going fast any more or regretting something I did or forgot to do when I was going manic....
This may explain run- on sentances.
Booking shows, doing some freelance,volunteering, helping form a 12 step group,A&R,and attempting to use brush and ink more in my cartooning.

This blog again is whatever I'm up to, mainly its music I find or whatever I experienced that was so nifty I think its worth trying.
Im keeping it short today and laying down some links thanks fer reading....
